I had forgotten about that post workout high. No wonder I was so grumpy last week. (I had also forgotten what a funny movie "Legally Blonde" is and I'm glad I caught it on cable this afternoon.)
I was so elated after leaving the gym last night that, even with less than four hours of sleep, I forced myself out of bed at eight this morning to get to the 9 o'clock kettlebell class. I also did the 10:30 Krav Maga class.
I just found out (since I never used to go to Saturday class, up until today, that is) that there are two Saturday Krav Maga classes and that they cover different subjects so that I could attend both. Maybe next Saturday.
Also, Krav Maga Philippines, in partnership with 360 Fitness, is now offering a program called "KravFit". It's a "circuit training regimen designed to complement and enhance your Krav Maga performance."
Because the classes are only every Thursday and Saturday and they're available at a fixed rate for eight classes per month, I've decided to continue with my regular kettlebell and Krav Maga training since I don't think I can commit to being available every Thursday and Saturday for the next four weeks.
