- One non-Paleo meal. Sushi/sashimi buffet at The Boardwalk, topped off with a chocolate fondant at Kawayan. Lots of cigarettes.
Thursday
- Zero exercise.
- One Paleo meal and one non-Paleo meal. Snackage: Reese's Nutrageous bar and chocolate cake. Lots of cigarettes.
Friday (Nicolas arrives.)

- Two non-Paleo meals, including a tasting at Nine Bar. Snackage: Reese's white-chocolate covered miniature cups (available at the old Manila Domestic Terminal). Lots of wine, Red Horse, and cigarettes.
Saturday
- Zero exercise. Hungover. Blech.
- One Paleo meal, one non-Paleo meal. Snackage: Chocoron (chocolate-covered chicharon). Don't knock it till you've tried it!

Weight loss: Half a kilo. Still above normal weight. Doh! Must minimize snackage, she thought to herself as she ordered fried rice, fried eggs and sardines for breakfast... Gaaaaahhhhhh!!!
